Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy – ensuring you have chosen the correct size and colour – and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Order” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept debit or credit cards. Payment will only be taken from your card when goods are dispatched.
Please Note: Web site prices may differ from those in the shop in Bancroft.
Delivery Schedule
Our aim is to dispatch orders the same day by first class post, to be received within 24 – 72 hours. Overseas deliveries are dispatched by Airmail.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be informed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Returns Policy
Our aim is your total satisfaction with your purchase from us, however if for any reason your purchase is not suitable they may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Any items returned must be in the condition that you received it. Refunds will be for goods only and will not include Postage & Packaging.
